You can use your vouchers at any of the properties listed in our Promotional Hotels Section or with any of the properties featured on this website (use the property locator link or click on the Australia Map to find your property). Check your selected properties rate box for details on cost and applicable seasons. |

Once I've selected my property what is the booking process ?
The Promotional Hotels Section or our website provides you the all the relevant contact details for each individual property. Also detailed is a step by step booking guide. Please contact the property of your choice directly, advise you are a Free-2-Travel member and confirm all booking requirements. |

Are there any check in or check out restrictions ?
Like any hotel, motel or resort booking, you need to adhere to the standard terms set out by your selected property. It is a good idea to check if there are any special conditions when making your reservation. |

What kind of room would I be given ?
Set out in each properties individual rate box, are the types of rooms available to STAR HolidayzZ members. This is usually the standard twin/double room, however in many cases our properties offer STAR HolidayzZ members the option to upgrade for a nominal charge. |

What is your policy regarding children ?
In the preparation of this program we have tried to provide a selection of properties that caters for every requirement. Most of our properties provide a very warm welcome to children and to assist you in your selection lookout for our "Family Friendly" symbol (insert symbol). Charges will vary for each property, so please check your selected properties rate box to see if there are any additional charges for children. Some properties do not charge extra for children under a specific age and utilising the existing room bedding. In many cases if the children are staying in your room you will also be able to include their meals in your "Daily Meal Requirement" limit. |

What are "Bonus Nights" ?
STAR HolidayzZ Holidays has two versions of "Bonus Night" offers when utilising your Free-2-Travel accommodation vouchers. This includes a simply offer of 'pay for one night and receive your second nights accommodation FREE'. At many of our Hotels, Motels and Resorts you can use as many of these as you like for example use 4 vouchers, pay for 4 nights and claim 4 nights Free. Apartment style accommodation properties in areas such as the Gold Coast provide genuine pay for 3 nights and stay 5 or pay for 5 nights and stay 7 utilising 2 accommodation vouchers. You must check the properties rate box before booking to confirm what specials are available. |

Can I use my vouchers at more than one property ?
Yes, you can use your accommodation vouchers for a romantic two-day getaway in the Hunter Valley in March and then follow up with a family Gold Coast holiday in September. You will receive the chosen number of accommodation vouchers with your complete kit, use them as you see fit. |
